ECIER Foundation believes that empowering today’s youth ensures the success of students in a thriving community. Our focus is providing assistance to the high school student population within the Gary, Indiana and Northwest Indiana region who are making the transition into higher education. By providing an environment in which students can broaden their educational opportunities, we feel that the students can develop the type of leadership skills that will lead to improving their self-esteem and help build the student’s overall character.
